Join Brenna Bradbury and Lisa Benner for a Labor Day Weekend full of yoga, lyra and silks along with clean food and amazing company all on a stunning vineyard estate!

Each full day will include a morning yoga practice and an afternoon session learning the aerial art of either lyra or silks. Shared accommodation and two meals per day plus snacks included.
